About FHA Food & Beverage 2026

Food & Hospitality Asia 2026 (FHA 2026) takes place from April 21–24, 2026, at Singapore EXPO, with Mr. Alvin Tan, Minister of State for the Ministry of Trade and Industry, as Guest of Honour. With 47 years of history behind it, FHA is Asia’s largest and most established food, beverage, and hospitality trade event, organised by Informa Markets.

For the first time, FHA-Food & Beverage, FHA-HoReCa, ProWine Singapore, and IndusFood Asia are uniting under one roof, cementing FHA 2026 as the ultimate one-stop platform for Asia’s F&B professionals to source from global suppliers, build connections, and gain fresh market insights.

The event spans 10 halls across 18 specialised segments, with 2,750+ exhibitors from 115 countries and 80,000+ expected trade visitors. Asia’s F&B market is projected to surpass US$3.3 trillion by 2034, while the hospitality sector is expected to reach US$181.2 billion by 2029 — making FHA 2026 a key platform for businesses looking to tap into this growth.

A Look Back at FHA 2025

FHA 2025 was held under the theme Taste the Heritage, featuring 1,500+ exhibitors and 65,000 attendees from over 50 countries across 60,000 sqm of exhibition space.

The FHA Main Stage brought together regulators, industry leaders, and innovators across three days of discussions covering food standards, EU–Singapore trade, halal trends, and functional nutrition. The Sustainability Summit explored alternative proteins, cultivated meat and seafood, packaging innovation, and EU PDO-certified food specialties.

The FHA Bakery Challenge and FHA Dessert Challenge made their debut at FHA-HoReCa 2024, with both competitions returning at FHA 2026.
