Empowering Young Professionals: A Gateway to Career Growth

They burn for the catering and hotel industry, but are still looking for the right way for a successful career. Many young employees ask themselves about their own future. What could be more obvious than learning from the experiences of successful industry insiders, hearing their recommendations, and gaining them as valuable advisors on a permanent basis?

Revitalizing Mentorship

All of this is possible with Meet the Best – the ultimate youth development program that brings young professionals together with top leaders for intensive personal discussions. Here you can communicate with mentors in a relaxed atmosphere and also establish part-time networks with each other.

The mentoring symposium was held for the first time in 2015 by FBMA e.V. and established itself as an innovative youth development concept until 2019. After a pandemic-related break and repositioning, the implementation is now at the Leaders Club, accompanied by the FBMA Foundation. Together, the two renowned organizations were able to win industry-famous personalities as mentors for Meet the Best 2024.
